The Proposed Residential development consists of five blocks of apartments with car parking in the basement (1.5 levels).

The major bulk of development is located alongside Albany Highway and Upper Harbour Highway off-ramp boundaries. This provides a possibility to create a continuous street frontage along Albany Highway, and to emphasise an important street corner with an additional height and stronger roof form.

Smaller-scale blocks are placed towards the back of the section, with Block E stepping down to follow the site contours, as a more sympathetic response to residential neighbours.

All car movement is directed to underground carparks, which makes public courtyards pedestrian-only spaces.
